The source of inspiration for the founder, Lenga Grigoriadou, in 2009, in her search for an innovative holistic wellness philosophy that elevates the spirit and body, were the lush vineyards, red wine and the Mediterranean diet.
“Oenotherapy”, moreover, as the etymology of the word testifies, is the practice that heals the body and spirit with grapes and their derivatives since the depths of antiquity. This tradition continues today, enriched with modern practices.
